A 15 Oct Fall landscape taken from Rauch Road near Churchtown Ohio.
This is from a great afternoon with an all-woman group of photographers and models yesterday, out in lavender fields in Hertfordshire.
The styling of this whole shot is essentially thanks to Sarah Schloo: the dress, material, the model Little Twiglet, and the whole arrangement of the location and the shoot itself - so a big thanks to her for making this happen! Thanks to Hannah Coates for helping me with the fabric for this picture.
In processing I wanted to keep the delicacy of the ink-like fabric here. I was tempted to process it a whole lot more but with some discipline I decided to keep the contrast right down, with the folds falling almost as softly as in the original image in camera, as that is what initially drew me in.

Yesterday i bought “Nik Snapseed” for my iPad and i just tried it out on my way home.. that’s what i came up with!
A vintage / faded landscape shot :-)
Works better in the Lightbox :) (press L)
Really like those effects and the easy and fast use of the App (Even with the iPad 1 it’s very fast).
I can really recommend it, makes really fun to edit pics like that :-)
Hope you all had a nice day! :-)
